Ok so in simple terms, i have gained, not much, around 4lbs & thats fine.
Around 2 months ago i was on a totally vegan diet for 6 weeks, this was for my health, not just weight loss & i lost around 11lbs. I have been off this diet for around 3 weeks now & have been enjoying myself the result = 4lbs gained back.
Am i worried? Nah. I am still half a stone lighter that when i started & it shows. Would i like to lose another half a stone? Yes please.
So this is where i am at right now, 112lbs, with the goal of 105lbs by 2012, training for a half marathon & wanted to feel amazing. Lets go.
